How can I be sure there is no cheating?

By understanding how poker sites make money! First you need to understand that unlike online casinos or sportsbooks you are not playing against the house. The good news is that our software is designed to detect collusive behavior by monitoring playing patterns, who plays together, types of hands and how they bet. We can't tell you all the techniques that are used, but we're confident that our system is unmatched in its sophistication, and unlike human monitoring, infallible.

How do we shuffle cards to ensure fairness?

We use an industry standard random number generator that produces highly randomized numbers. These random numbers are converted to numbers between 1 and 52, representing the cards in a deck. Each game played draws a new deck of cards.

What is dumping?

Dumping is an effort by two or more players to shift chips across accounts, and is usually associated with illegal behavior. Our software monitors for dumping and we will fully cooperate with the proper authorities in the event that illegal behavior is detected.

What happens to players caught cheating?

We don't tolerate cheating. Any player caught cheating will be suspended or barred from the poker room. Suspensions are at our complete and total discretion.
